In an industry that invests enormous amounts of cash in a growing number and variety of investments opportunities, rational decision-making proves to be limited and even introduces additional risks.
How can we make the right decisions within companies that from a market perspective need to be agile and adaptable? How can we train executives in a way of decision making that copes with stressful conditions such as growing competition, rising costs, increased societal responsibilities, and a diversified but commanding political field?


How can we change behaviour patterns within ‘old economy’ organisations and
create ‘new economy’ organisations that can meet the challenges and
opportunities in the energy industry?
